ANCI Lazio organised the first Italian public forum of the MOVES project in Campoli Appennino, bringing together citizens, young people, local authorities, civil society organisations and project partners from the Lazio mountain area.
The forum introduced the MOVES project and opened a local dialogue on the shared challenges of mountain communities, including depopulation, access to services, mobility, youth opportunities and civic participation. Participants took part in an interactive Mentimeter consultation and an open discussion on local needs and priorities.
The results of the first forum created the basis for the following co-design phase and helped identify key areas for future Local Action Proposals, including essential services, mobility and connections, youth opportunities, participation and governance, and inter-municipal cooperation.
