The project opens with local participatory forums in the mountainous areas of Lazio. These forums bring together citizens, civil society actors and local authorities to identify priorities, discuss barriers to participation and collect input for the next stages of the project.

The transnational exchange connects participants from Italy, Albania and Portugal. It creates space for peer learning, site visits, shared reflection and the exchange of practical experiences between communities facing similar challenges.

This work package develops civic education materials and online learning resources for citizens, youth groups, civil society organisations and local authorities. The focus is on practical knowledge: participation, EU values, civic rights and tools for local engagement.

This stage turns lessons from the project into tools that can be reused. It focuses on transferability, sustainability and the practical application of participatory methods in other local contexts.

In Portugal, MOVES works with young people, local actors and community stakeholders in rural and mountainous areas. Activities include workshops, local discussions and participatory sessions designed to strengthen civic capacity at community level.

This work package translates community input into policy-oriented discussion. It includes consultations, co-creation activities and public dialogue in Albania, as well as a storytelling video presenting the local voices and experiences behind the project.

Lead Partner: Casa d’Abóbora
The final stage presents the main results of MOVES to partners, stakeholders and wider public audiences. It brings together the project’s findings, tools and recommendations and opens discussion on how the MOVES approach can be adapted beyond the project territories.
