Privacy notice

This privacy notice explains how the MOVES project website handles personal data. MOVES is committed to protecting your privacy and processing personal data lawfully, fairly and transparently, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who is responsible

The MOVES project is coordinated by Casa d’Abóbora – Associação Juvenil (Rua da Aldeia 127, Lugar de Aldeia, Ferreiros de Tendais, 4690-203 Cinfães, Portugal). For any question about this notice or your data, contact geral@casadabobora.pt.

What data we collect

Contact form

When you use the contact form we collect the name, email address, subject and message you provide. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.

Server logs

Like most websites, our server may temporarily record technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and to keep the site running. These logs are kept only for a short period and are not used to identify individuals.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are self-hosted, so no data is shared with third-party font providers when you browse the site.

Where videos are embedded, they are loaded in privacy-enhanced mode (for example, YouTube’s no-cookie domain). A third-party video provider may set cookies only if you choose to play a video; please refer to that provider’s privacy policy.

How long we keep your data

Contact enquiries are kept only as long as necessary to handle your request and any related follow-up, after which they are deleted.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You may also withdraw consent at any time and lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. To exercise these rights, contact the project coordinator.

EU funding

MOVES is co-funded by the European Union under the Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values (CERV) programme. This notice may be updated to reflect the project’s final visibility and data-protection arrangements.
